Chicken Broccoli Casserole

3 boneless Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
2 bunches of fresh broccoli 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 cup grated cheese
Make sauce of soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder.
Place broccoli in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish, then chicken. Cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Optional: You can also add bread crumbs on top and then the cheese if you prefer.

  1. I've started using fresh broccoli instead of frozen or steaming it because it gets cooked while baking in the casserole and then it's less mushy that way.
